Entrees

All buffets include a salad bar, one entrée, choice of 4 accompaniments, and warm rolls.

For larger parties, you may choose more than one entrée.

 

Traditional Fowl

Chicken Alfredo chicken & fettuccini tossed in a parmesan cream sauce

(blackened upon request)

Chicken Plantation – pan fried served on rice, topped with a mushroom cream sauce

(blackened upon request)

Chicken Picatta – sautéed with capers and lemon butter served over angel hair pasta

Chicken Stir Fry – seasonal vegetables over steamed white rice

Chicken Marsala – wild mushroom marsala wine sauce

Chicken Bianca – sautéed with a white wine sauce over steamed white rice

Chicken Parmigiana – over angel hair with marinara, melted mozzarella & parmesan

Southern Fried Chicken – a country favorite, fried to perfection

Chicken & Dumplings – the ultimate comfort food

Loaded Chicken – grilled & topped with onions, peppers, mushrooms, bacon and swiss cheese

Turkey & Dressing – served with giblet gravy

Chicken Spaghetti – chicken & pasta tossed in a cheesy rotel sauce

Hawaiian Chicken – marinated in pineapple juice & soy sauce, grilled & topped with pineapples, peppers & onions, served over white rice

Pulled Pork – served with BBQ sauce

Pork Loin – sliced and smothered in an onion & mushroom gravy

Fried Pork Chops – bone-in chops fried to perfection

Smothered Pork Chops – with an onion & mushroom gravy

Classic Beef

Pot Roast – slow roasted in brown gravy with carrots, potatoes & onions

Beef Tips – stewed in dark gravy & served over steamed white rice

Hamburger Steak – smothered in onions & brown gravy

Country Style Meatloaf – topped with a sweet tomato sauce

Lasagna – beef and cheese hand layered in soft pasta

Spaghetti & Meatballs – meatballs tossed with pasta and marinara sauce

Carved Prime Rib – sliced personally for you by one of our chefs

Sliced Prime Rib – pre-sliced and served in au jus
